Most banks post debits before credits, so you can't deposit cash the same day of "pending" transactions to prevent overdraft/unavailable fees.

You MUST stop using your debit card. It is the sole reason for your overdraft situation. Reading your complaint made me think you were trying to race money to the bank in advance of the debits. Consider this: unless you can travel at the speed of light (186,000 miles per second), you will lose that race. It will be up to the graciousness of BofA whether to refund you anything on the OD, they refund a few - not all. I would not expect much at this point. The person to blame for this can be found when you look at a mirror. Next time, don't use your debit card for anything except withdrawing cash from an ATM. Best of luck to you.

They have done that to mee to, you need to go in to the branch and talk to someone, they will remove all the fees (except the one that you really did do)

Equals ten overdraft fees. There is no ripoff here.
