bank of america is always misplacining or losing my deposits. holds goverment deposits which are supposed to be posted at midnight even cash deposit deducts checks or debits first, instead of the deposits. I have found the overseer address for all americian banks and maybe if enough people are tired of this treatment they go to hhp://www.bankingombudsman.ch/english for address/phone numbers/ fax numbers

Your complaint needs to go to the (OCC), not the Attorney General or Consumer affairs, they will just pass it on to the. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Administrator of National Banks 1301 McKinney Street, Suite 3450 Houstan, Texas 77010-9050 1-800-613-6743 Please send your compliants to them so we can get B of A to stop Ripping us Off. Pass this info on.

Bank of America is a U.S. bank, not a bank based in Switzerlan.
