Then you will find yourself stuck with many more NSF fees in the future. It's that simple.

You where charged because your available balance went below 0. This is listed very clearly in your TOS from BOA ( they are one of the best banks at describing this in their TOS~ more banks need to follow their suit). In this day and age you can not use funds in your account before they are available. There is no more float or spending your paycheck before it is in the bank...... the banks have changed this so if you try to do it you will be hit with a fee every time. Unfortunatly if you live paycheck to paycheck you need to examine your TOS and make sure you know all the rules because those are the people that are going to be paying more fees with this change in rules. Is it a ripoff? No, they disclose it so you do know about it. Is it fair? I use to say no but more and more I have to say yes..... people should not be floating transactions. If you spend your avaiable balance down to 0 you have received goods and/or services for that money... it should not be used to cover another transaction.
