My wife has an account with bank of america and after reading all the threads its the same bs, we are having the same problems with our money being posted late and getting over draft fees for no reason. Can we have a class action lawsuit we have other problems two our insurance was revoked because of them not posting our money in the bank on time so we asked for a letter wich took forever to send to the insurance agent.

We finally recieved the letter, to our mistake we should have made a copy of the letter. We called back bank of america to get a second letter and every time we talk to them they label it our fault for having the insuficient funds. After they go into their compuiters and realize it was there mistake they say they will send another letter but it has been weeks and we haven't recieved it. We have asked to speak to the supervisor and they have declined to speak with us here is a website dedicated to people with problems with bof a i hope to hear from you guys thank you

Chris, I have also found that the customer service people are very useless when it comes to getting any help whatsoever with Bank of America, especially when it is their fault. I contact my local branch, where I opened the account and speak to either the assistant branch manager, who now knows me very well, or the branch manager, who I have only spoken to once. They immediately take care of the problems, especially if it is reversal of overdrafts that were caused by Bank of America themselves. Yes, there needs to be something done with this and all banks that use the "batch" processing method. Which basically is they post all debits by amount, largest first on the date they come in, instead of the time that they come in. It is not right, it should be done by the time that they arrive and not by amount but until someone forces these banks and it is not only Bank of America that does this, many large banks process like this, it will continue to be this way. Try to contact your local branch and see if they can reverse what needs to be taken care of immediately. Best of luck
