A couple years ago they decided to charge to see a teller. HELLO! How else am I going to deposit money into THEIR bank. The "customer service" reps have never been helpful either. My girlfriend used to bank with Bank One and because of their incompetent ability to close her account even thought it was at $0 balance she has had trouble even getting a basic checking account. The incompentent attitude still sends unsolicited mail via email and regular mail despite her requests not to receive any more. I applied for a card with FirstUSA and was denied due to "inadedquate length of credit history." I had a 740 credit rating and I was 22. My history was over four years. How much longer can it get? Bank One treats their customers as statistics.
