First off I wish to offer my sincerest apologies to Barbara. I have had my assistant contact Barbara and she has been given a full refund as it is not our policy to have our clients pay for the shipping and handling of a free CD and then not get it, and then get billed for the bonus material that accompanies the CD. If you are a client that we have failed in this or any other area I would like to resolve it.
