Barcelo.com Barcelo Maya Palace Refuse to refundhotel reservation they cancelled.
Made reservation on March 7th paid in full using paypal $1099.64 reservation number
2055673067. March 20, 2020 Barcelo was supposed to price match the reservation. They do this by cancelling existing reservation and creating new one. They were supposed to refund our existing reservation in full back to Paypal within 3 to 5 business days. That never happended so opend claim with aypal and being told worthless paypal whoI will never use again doesn't cover hotel reservations. It is now May 16, 2020 still no word from Barcelo and no refund. They will not respond back by email and when you call they just hang up on you. Total pice of sh*t hotel chain!
