I purchased a security tag detacher from bargainsway.com on September 6th, and that was a big mistake. At the end of September I contacted bargainsway.com to ask where the order was. I was beginning to panic now as they did not respond. Upon searching the internet, I was shocked to see another customer had complained about them. Instead of bargainsway.com responding to my enquiry, on October 2, my credit card was charged $1500 in Russia of all places. These guys are nothing but a scam site. I have involved the authourities, and together with other dissatisfied cutomers, we are pushing for bargainsway.com to be removed from the internet. We have all had our credit cards charged mysteriously after forwarding our details to bargainsway.com. AVOID them and keep your money safe.

I am the Sales Manager for Bargains Way.  This report is incorrect in so many levels.  First of all, Bargains Way credit transactions are processed by Paypal.  We do not see customers’ credit card information.  Nor does Paypal ever provide such information to us.  Just like any other online company, we fight hard against credit card frauds.  We lost money anytime someone made a purchase on our site with an unauthorized credit card.  There is no way Bargains Way could have been the source of the unauthorized transaction since we do not maintain or see customers’ credit information.  If you believe Bargains Way is the source of the fraud, please provide the evidence.  Most credit card frauds happen when customers use their credit cards at restaurants and retail stores.  Not online.

We have been in business for over 5 years.  We provide excellent customer service.  We try our best to respond to all telephone or email requests.  We are very surprise to hear that your emails were not responded to...  Based the research we conducted, we did not find any email requests regarding unauthorized use of credit cards.
