They did eventually get back to me and offered a $5 gift card, which was nice. But they did not do anything about the issue itself.
Suggestion for B&N: allow the website to accept multiple coupons per order; it will save YOU money, too, when you don't have to deal with shipping 3 separate orders on your own dime. It's not like I'm trying to apply them all to the same item.
