This company is a fraud.
Jude Overo is the President of Barrington Capital or Barrington Cash. Jude Overo and Barrington Capital will tell you that they can consolidate your business loans and get you a monthly payment for 2 to 5 years. Here is the real deal. They make you setup a new LLC in the state of Florida and setup a trust for your organization. It will take months to complete the setup of the new LLC even though Jude Overo will promise that it only takes a couple weeks. We are still waiting for this to be completed while the business cash flow is dramatically depleted from making payments to him and "his attorneys."
If that doesn't scare you this will! They won't give you anything in writing and Mr. Jude Overo will not talk to you after he takes your money. If you want a loan rather than a consolidation he wants money up front. After paying that he will tell you that you don't qualify for the loan at this time and you need to do his consolidation. I asked for something in writing and Jude Overo told me that he wouldn't give away the secret sauce of his program until we paid him. Well, we paid him and got nothing in writing!!! Jude Overo is a scam artist and he lied to get us to pay him.
Finally, the broker never got paid his commissions on the deal. So who is going to pay him? Jude apparently scammed the broker on this deal too and now I am not sure how this leagal issue is going to play out. The President of this company himself (Jude Overo) tells you what you need to hear so he can collect your money and then he doesn't do anything that he said he'd do.
I hope you avoid Barrington Capital and Jude Overo all together!

Pertaining to Kyle Readdick's maligned and grossly inaccurate comment on our BBB page, there are clear and relevant points that he has conveniently omitted.
First, Mr. Readdick fails to mention that he and his company, Synergy Direct Funding, are MCA brokers and are not the actual client. The client in reference is actually happy with the service we have provided.
Second, Mr. Readdick implored us to work with his client even after we declined his application initially. We only consented after Mr. Readdick stated that he would wait until the client paid us in full before receiving any commission. We are still working with his client despite not receiving the required work fee amount before starting the work. We gave his client our commitment and unlike the false statements from Mr. Readdick, we stand by it.
Third, we don't have a signed NDA-Fee agreement from Kyle's company (Synergy Direct Funding) as our company's policy is not to pay any commission to any broker unless we have a fully executed agreement. Currently, we have not received a completed agreement and do not know why his company has never sent it. Furthermore, we don't pay brokers whose clients have not paid the work service fee in full. Once the client pays the entire work fee, then Mr. Readdick's company, Synergy Direct Funding, will receive their commission (after sending an executed NDA-Fee agreement of course). His client can provide a full testimonial confirming this and totally contradict Mr. Readdick's disingenuous statements.
Lastly, Barrington Capital prides itself in working with clients with corporate debt issues and has a long successful history of helping them reaching financial freedom. We have countless testimonials and references that will contradict Mr Readdick and his company's assertions of fraud. We take any false, baseless accusations and slander that besmirches our integrity very seriously and will vigorously defend it to the fullest extent of the law.
