I agree with you 100%. I know first hand how they are. The sad part about all of this is the fact that it only gets worse never better, and like you said, the child/children is/are the ones that are deprived in more ways than one, which is contradictive to what this Government Agency should represent (the welfare of children). There are 'dead beat mothers' who could care less about the children that allow them to be clients of Barrow County Child Support Recovery. I could go on and on, but I won't. I would like to end by saying that I have never known any person that makes money while incarcerated in a County Jail, or how a person can pursue employment options when a license is suspended. I hope that you find agreeable terms that will allow you to be a physical part of your children's life instead of the 'dead beat dad' you have been labeled.

I had the same thing happen. The only difference is my label. In the eyes of the world, I am referred to as a "deadbeat mom". It is not only men that this happens to. I have also reported here (Montana) and you are free to read it. For people out there, it can happen to anyone, male or female. The child support enforcement agency is an equal opportunity rip off.

I understand your frustrations. Child Enforcement are to busy trying to beat you down, instead of doing what is best for the children. Lets face it. People who cry long enough, get what they want. People who take it like a man, get beat like a dog. From what I can remember in past generations, people did'nt have these problems. Mom looked after the kids, cooked meals and provided a clean home. Dad worked every day to bring home money for food, shelter and clothing. There was a sense of family , everyone had a role to fill and rewards of family were shared evenly. Without family, you have no purpose in existence. Today men still work every day, but with no reward, only to be abused and criticized. The selfish have manipulated the system to reap the rewards of the hard working american man and to batter his ego by using the children as their tool. God makes the final decisions at the end of the road, Not Child Enforcement, Not the government, Not the judge or the jury. God bless you all.

I, better than anyone can testify as to how crooked the city of winder is. My daughter was killed there three years ago while being CHASED by a city of winder police[darren harland]. There has been so many LIES told, and so much cover up, that it disgusts me to no end. But one day, god will judge them all, and they will lie no more!!!!!!!!

My friend, I hate to tell you but, you are probably screwed until you get justice OUTSIDE of that county. I lived in Winder for 6 years from 91-97. I tried on numerous occasions to have drug dealers busted and corrupt cops said if I didn't actually see drugs change hands, they could not do anything about it. Law enforcement and justice in that county is nothing but a JOKE. If you don't know or are not a relative of one of the crooks, you are SCREWED! I admire your persistence and truly hope that one day you get the justice that you seek. Good luck!
