Complaint Review: Barry G House - Mount Pleasant Pennsylvania

This person is rude and border line insane. buyer advertises as a scrap purchasers and provides a price list. Quotes 3.60 per pound on motherboards, once he gets the motherboards, he adds separate pricing with out notice. Now instead of there being just a 3.60 per pound price on motherboard he now pays 2.50 per pound on some and 1.50 per pound on others. Then charges you the difference. When advertising a good company or honest individual would have listed all three prices. Not this man... on top of everything buyer refused to let us now which boards were which. When I asked to describe the boards that were of less value he was unable to, when we asked him to at least take pictures of the boards of "less value" he refused and simply stated "no pictures". Also refused to return any of my items that were of less value, just wanted to charge us the difference. I have been selling scrap for 10 years ALL business that buy scrap typically have a full price list and are very informative in price differences or in describing what they do buy and what they don't buy. DO NOT expect that with Barry, cut throat and nasty. Barry claims to pay for freight, gives you a direct extension for his freight provider to book shipments, then changes his mind on what he pays freight for and wants to back charge you on that as well. Price list is bogus, very uninformative, rude and will not hesitate to cuss out and harass or use intimidation to try and get his way. Barry's way of cutting ties with a customer that starts to ask to many questions is quite unsettling as well.

On our final sale with Barry we sent 620 pounds of scrap to Barry equaling $1,000.00. When Barry received the material he filed a charge back with his credit card company claiming that the material was never received by him. After providing proof of delivery with HIS signature, he then changes his story and says the items are defective(remember this is a scrap buyer of Junk for gold recovery and PM recovery)??? This man is not fair at all to deal with, rude, cussed out everyone in my family from my mother to my wife when none of them had anything to do with him. Looses all my information and could not find my phone number, when it is clearly provided in every one of my emails corresponding with him. Shady price list, uninformative, misrepresentation, senile and would run and never look back if ever approached by anyone suggesting to sell to this person.
This is the price list provided by Barry House, please tell me where on here there is a "colored motherboard price for 1.50 and a "greenboard motherboard" price for 2.50

Just says boards. deal with companies that have a clear price list 
If I ran a scrap yard and advertised I buy COPPER for 3.60 per pound and when you get there I would hit you with 2 other prices, I would have a lot of upset people. When a good scrap yard would have already advertised and states 3.60 for bare bright and 2 other prices for #1 and #2.

Bait and switch.
