Brian Keith Bass is the biggest con artist i've ever known...we have 2 children together 13 and 14 yrs old. He has never supported them and child support is nonexistant. Forget askin DSS to help collect bc they are useless. We bought the kids toys for Christmas when they were babies then he would return their toys to the store for cash bc hed never work. If he would work as hard @ a job as he does @ conning ppl he would be freakin RICH..good luck 2 everyone filing charges against him....his address is Harrison Dr. North, Wilson, N.C. 27893

Yes ma'am... The problem is finding an attorney that will take my case based on what is recovered. I have no funds to hire a lawyer... Can you recommend anyone. He owes me a hundred grand or more at this point and noone is pursuing my court order. Also he has left the state of NC and is currently living in SC. He's also contacted my daughter in fb ans claims to own several high end clothing stores in SC. I cannot confirm any of that although I have looked for him and his store online many times.. Please help. I don't know where to even begin.... You can reach me on my Aunt's house phone... 304-846-9759 or by text @ 304-644-9127 thank you so much :)

This is not a rebuttal but information that may help the writer in collecting unpaid child support. I am a Private Investigator who specializes in helping families collect unpaid, court ordered child support and looking for hidden assets to liquidate to go towards paying the arrearages. Looking at the North Carolina state statutes, there is a criminal statute for contempt. Non-payment of a court ordered child support order constitutes a contempt of court charge. There is also a federal law for child support. If the support reaches $5000 in arrears, 1 year of non payment and if the person has left the state the order originated it is considered a felony. Instead of going through the civil channels of support enforcement, I would recommend looking into seeing what you need to do to get criminal charge filed against him for contempt. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
