Couple of weeks ago while I was driving I saw a sale

sign saying up to 70% off displayed in G-4357 Miller

rd, store. I stopped by and inquired about the sale.

The sales person was very nice and said he is going to

give me the best price and all sort of things. I was

not very satisfied and told him I will be back and

left.

Few days later I thought I should give it a try and

see what he is going to offer. When I discussed with

him, he told me he don't have anything which is 70%

off in the store, but he has it in the catalogue and

which he is willing to give me for a very good price.

I expressed my concern about the catalogue purchase

and told him I don't trust it. He convinced me that

they are very good quality and give me a very good

price and told me the particular furnitur which I

asked him was originally cost about $3700, which he is

willing to give me for $1000. He also told me he is

going to deliver it for free.

For my dismay when I got the delivary, the furniture

was nothing like I expected. It looked so cheap and

very smaller than it looked in the picture. So I went

to the store as soon as the delivery people left and

told the sales person what had happened, and I was

very disappointed and I want the furniture to be

exchanged. He pretended he was surprised and he told

me he has no problem and he will exchange, but I have

to talk to the manager once.

I spoke to the manager and he told me he will tell the sales person and I can talk to him. When I talk to the sales person, his tone has totally changed he started very defensive and started avoiding me and told me that I can pick any furniture I like and I have to pay the difference and he mentioned that I can look into the catalog once again. I told him I don't trust things I don't see.

So I picked couple of furniture in the store and told

me this is not what I like, but I will get it because

my money is stuck with him. He told me I have to come

back after a week, he has to talk to the manager who

is out of town and he will be back on 29th of May. He

will talk to the manager and call me as soon as he

come back and he will settle the matter.

I waited until June 3rd, he never called me. So I

went to the store and try to talk to him, he was very

indifferent, I asked him why he did not call me. He

told me that his manager came and went out of town

again. He tried to ask me the same question which

furniture I want to exchange for. I showed him. He

quoted me more than the sale price on the furniture. I

told him it is not worth it. I can get better

furniture (I gave him few ex of few stores where I can

get a lot better furniture) I am not willing to pay

that much for this which does not even as good as

those. I will rather buy it the furniture which I

like better.

So I picked another he started very defensive and

quoted $750 more than the sale of the furniture and

told me he cannot do anything about it. If I have to

get the exchange that is what I have to pay for the

furnuture. I told him I want to talk to the manager.

He said there is no manager, I have to deal with him.

He cannot do anything about it. Only way I can get

the exchange is by paying the difference.

I want you to help me deal with this matter. He

mislead me and lied to me from the beginning.

I am very disappointed.
