Bay County Friend of Court michigan I called them last month my spousal support was short $120.00. This month its short $60.00 so far. I asked why since its garnished from his check and the company pays the friend of the courts the rig Bay City, Michigan

They are stealing amounts of money from me. My amounts keep changing and i have to deal with the shortage of my court appointed amount. My checks are short. Last month short $120.00 This month the first half short $60.00. Why is the friend of the court taking my money? Do they have that right? How am I to pay bills when I am shorted. What can I do? I know the company is sending the full amount. But I am not getting it. I am getting mad. What gives?
