This co I thought was a really good company to work with was I wrong I won a bid on a laptop and had nothing but problems from the first day. Everything was working out and they were very helpful. Until The last straw when I finally got everything up and working only to find out that the keyboard was locked up. I was advised to return it for refund. Which I really just wanted them to replace the laptop. All Hell broke lose. I was contacted and told I damaged the Laptop. Was a Liar, Theif, a few words that cant be published here. This was from the owner. he had a mouth worse than the worst truck dirver, or sailor out there. On top of that he had broken english so it made it sound twice as bad. This company is probably fine as long as you dont complain about their products. But if you do Look out You are everything from stupid, (I hold A PHD) to the lowest scum on the pond. One good thing about the Company is the person named Deb. Very understanding and nice. But, The owner manager Look Out. I Ended up losing $35.00 plus the cost to ship it back. They charged me handling fees and shipping they paid. but that was fine just to get my money back DONT DO BUSINESS WITH
