Baymont Inn & Suites, Fort Myers, FL Feb 18 at 11:11 PM Dear Mr.Terence McCarthy.Who is the founder and general partner of TJM Properties, Inc. We are frequent hotel guest at your Baymont inn & Suites in fort Meyers fl and other hotels off of Danielle rd every couple of months.On our recent stay which we booked 8 months ago for a 11 night stay at a cost of $1,230.99 that we paid in full at the time of our booking June,11,2017 we had a very very bad experience Richard & Princess tried to do their best in helping our situation but your manager Gene was no where to be found.We looked for him and left messages for him but he ignored our requests.

When we ck in the TV did not work. and George brought us another TV that worked.that was fine but.two hours later when we came back from dinner my wife noticed ant's all over the bathroom sink and counters and floor i called the front desk and Princess tried to do their best in helping our situation but your manager Gene was no where to be found.We looked for him and left messages for him but he ignored our requests. When we ck in the TV did not work. and George brought us another TV that worked.that was fine but.two hours later when we came back from dinner my wife noticed ant's all over the bathroom sink and counters and floor i called the front desk and Princess tried to get someone that night but assured us by the morning it would be taken care of."I WASHED THE BATHROOM DOWN MYSELF WITH TOWELS SOAKED IN HOT WATER" .

Later that evening we had bugs flying all over our bed which we found out that were "nats" and after further review of the room we notices Cobb webs in the ceiling corners.I have pictures of all the items that we encounter in your hotel room and i also have Richard as a witness to the bugs in the bathroom night after night i had him come to my room and see for himself.they said they could not move us to another room because they were full and we tried to get another room across the street but because February is a busy month in Florida we struck out but what i also noticed was you are starting renovations on the second floor and you have containers outside three of them on the property.Well Richard has a exterminator come to our room and all they did was put ant traps in all the corners, We had ants and "nats"flying in our room every night Richard was told everyday about the bugs and all he could do was put it on the list of complaints and hope it would get fix.It got so bad that Richard had the whole place sprayed outside one morning but i think its more indoors than outdoors.. This is not healthy before i post my review with pictures and make my call to the health inspector in Florida i am giving you the respect to answer my complaint with some type of full refund.I know that you would not want to spend one night in a hotel room with bugs.

After returning home we found out we had a rash of bites all over our body that were from bed bugs. We tried many time's reaching out to Mr McCarthy and TJM Properties Inc but neither of them cared or return any refund. TJM Properties,5801 Ulmerton Road Suite 20 Clearwater, FL 33760 AFTER TWO EMAIL'S AND A CERTIFIED LETTER TO MR TERENCE McCARTY AND TMJ PROPERTIES INC THEY NEVER RECOGNIZED OR CONTACTED ME IN ANY WAY IN RESPOND TO MY LETTER. READING MR McCARTHY SUMMARY OMLINE ONLY TELLS ME HE'S A GREEDY CORPORATE LIAR. "You know what they say WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN"
