I contacted Mr. Thomas in January of 2013 to discuss the drafting of a three bedroom house plan. He drafted the plan and I paid him. A few months later, Mr. Thomas solicited me with a proposal to do the construction of my three bedroom house. His plead was: since he drafted the plan his workmanship will be as close as possible to the drafted plan as compare to another builder. After few months of discussions we came to an agreement. I first wired US $5000.00 dollars to Mr. Thomas and later on wired $3000.00 making the total of $8000.00 dollars. Mr. Thomas made several trips to Liberia , West Africa where the house should have been built. He put me under the impression that my project was at foundation completion. I travel to Liberia, West Africa in May 2016. What I saw on the land was half way dug up dirt, no cement, no block work, no materials to account for the $8000.00 dollars that I wired to him. For the past three months, I have tried to collect my money from Mr. Thomas but have not been successful. Mr. Thomas uses the (AIA) and (LEED / USGBC.com) designation in his emails and on his websites to legitimized his businesses. When I last check with both organizations, it was confirmed that he or neither of his businesses are (AIA) and (LEED / USGBC.com) certified. Am in contact with both organizations. They are interrogating Mr. Thomas for his criminal mis-representation as (LEED & AIA) certify. Also, I want the public to be aware of Mr. Thomas and his business dealings.
