While on line I read this articale refering to some wrinke cream that Dr. Oz approved of so I looked at it and after carefully reading all of the information with the advertisement I decided to give the "Money Back Guarantee" a go. The total cost of the two samples was supposed to be $8.95 and with shipping the total charge to my account was going to be $21. I completed the form, carefully reading everything to make sure that there were no hidden charges and that I wouldn't be recieving any further shipments of any unwanted products.

I recieved a plain envelope containing two samples, nothing else with them. 

On 9/26/2017 my husband checked our bank account and noticed 2 charges that didn't make sense. One from Bonita Eye dated 9/20/17 and paid on 9/22/17 for $99.95 a second charge to Livewel*HE at 222 Benson Ave 7, NY, dated 9/23/17 and paid 9/25/17 for $89.95.

Both of these names are for the same company and when my husbnd contacted them they stated that I had been given a 14 day trial period in which to cancel or be charged the full product price. There was no place in the advertisement that stated $99.95 or $89.95 as a possible charge. The only charge was the $8.95 for each of the samples recieved.

When my husband tried to explain this to them they kept telling him that they do not have a return policy and that I had agreed to pay the full amount when I didn't cancel withing the 14 day period.

We recieved two Emails dated 9/21/2017 and 9/23/2017 both Cancellation Notifications stating; 

Thank you for using Beaute Instant First REBILL. This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request.

When my husband tried to explain to them that the payments were made after the cancellation and should be returned they responded by saying that "they do not refund any money".

So I went from trying a couple of samples at a total cost of $21.95 to buying 2 samples for $189.95. I feel so bad for my husband because this money comes out of his Social Security income and it's money that we need to take care of taxes, heat, and utilities.

We just can't afford to lose this kind of money from rip off artists like these.
