Beauty Impressions I ordered two skin care samples to try for 30 days. They charged me $97.00 without my permission. Pacoima California
I ordered a skin care (Skin Element - trial) and eye care product (Eye Vibe) online from Beauty Impressions with the agreement this was a 30-day trial offer. I was charged $10.00 for shipping. Today I saw I was charged $97.83 for one of the products as a monthly charge. I called and told them to cancel the charge. I was told the only thing that could be done, first, was they would charge me partially $94.00 to keep the products and cancel the order. All the while, I was told the website said I would be charged the $97.83 monthly. I did not see it. Nor was the monthly charge mentioned on the two invoices they sent me when I ordered the samples. Nor were there dates saying when I could cancel the order. After much loud complaining saying I should not be charged anything, the telemarketer gave me instructions to mail the trial bottles back to them, and would be charged $20.00 for restocking! I stated I should not have to pay even $20.00. This is clearly a snake oil business. I will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau.
