Beauty impressions bought a sample, was charged for a monthly supply later on, was told I had 30days to cancel and did not do it on time, asked for full refund Pacolma California
Bought samples for a ridiculous low price, did not like the products
Received 3 months later another shipment
was charged $90 + , twice
called, talk to Jennifer who has a difficult accent to understand,
she tried to explain numerous times how wondeful the products were, that i had only 30 days to cancel, it had expired, i could give the products to someone else etc...
I demanded to talk to a manager saying there was dishonesty in the company, she offered me 50% refund,
i asked for a manager, she offered me 70% discount,
i asked again to talk to a manager, she put me on hold and after 3 min wait, offered me full refund.
My recommendation : stay calm, courteous, and on the line until you have full refund!
