As I had stated, here is my update upon completion of this sale. While I still don't think what happened with the "Pricing Mistake" was very professional I do realize that we all make mistakes. I will say that Lee contacted me right away to inform me of his error. After he apologized for the error I was convinced that this is NOT the type of dealership that I have had experiences with in the past. He made a mistake and he told me about it. He even gave me a great discount on the price of the extended warranty, 20% off. So the price difference was not that big of a deal and in no way do I feel I was ripped off. Overall I think Bedford Nissan is a good dealership to deal with. No one is perfect. And they did make good on their Mistake. Lee has been good to deal with and he did take the time to explain everything to me with the whole process and even apologized several times about the price error. RESULTS: RESOLVED & SATISFIED!

First I would like to state that the perception that this dealer ripped me off was NOT my intention as I don't feel I was ripped off. But rather just another experience I have had with dealerships recently. I would like to say that Lee has been great and he informed me of the mistake immediately. . It was just an error on his point and the though the price of the car was wrong by $800.00 he did make it easier to accept. He was able to get the financing out to 4 years instead of 3 and he did drop the price of the extended warranty by $300.00. So I appreciate that. Overall, aside from the mistake, I have no problem with this dealership and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They did NOT rip me off. We all make mistakes. Go see Lee and the team there for a good deal and a good car.
