First of all if your wanting to start working for Belfast sale Academy remember that when you sign a 3 month contract with them that you won't be paid any commission (unless your liked) the people you work with are fine but the management is terrible. There never off your back. They change the minimum standard from 3 to 4 to 3 again. Training consists of traveling to the office to listen to cocky sales trainers talk about how well they do (I.e one hour of listening to them getting 10 sales in a day) if you have any problems when working they usually blow over them and change the subject. Once leaving the company The money you are owed will not be paid for a few weeks due to this being put in daves tax fraud fund where all money is saved and then eventually passed on to you. With commissions you never know how exctlay it works as if you have 30 sales and only 7 go across the line yet when some1 has 20 sales and all goes across the line it's a bit f**ked! To be honest if any1 is thinking of working for this company please don't. They don't know how to run it and also they don't treat and look after there staff. You'd be safer off working for a company than a branch where Dave pockets all your money!
