I feel absolutely duped. I should have come here before spending the money that I borrowed from my parents. I borrowed a total of $250.00 from my parents back in April to pay for my " high school" diploma. I have been a high school drop out for 15 yrs and i was finally at a place where I was ready to do this. I was ready and motivated to do something major and important with my life. I paid in full for my 10 documents to be shipped to me. Instead , I have now been given the run around. I was supposed to receive said documents 17 days from the date i paid for my order. On the 17th day, it never arrived . I emailed a concern to their customer support center. The response that i received back was from none other than good ol' JOHN HUDSON! Wow he really is a faithful employee! I was told they apologize for the delay and that the order would arrive within 4-6 business days. Is there ANY surprise that 6 business days later, i still have no documents in hand?
I have emailed their customer service again, this time stating that if the amount of money will not be refunded to my visa account within 48 hours, an attorney will be retained to proceed with a law suit. If any one here is interested in beginning a class action suit against this university PLEASE CONTACT ME ! We need to bring these lousy people to justice. I'm a single mother who has been out of work for 7 mos and was going to use this diploma to further my education ( which is what i really needed to do in the first place ). Instead - i've had money stolen from me and my children are still in need of mommy to find a job . I want JUSTICE!!!!
