Belinda Williamson hired our company to clean their spa and subsequently didn't pay their bill, so we exercised our rights to send them to collections. Which they paid. Later Belinda Williamson goes online to malign our company, and claims we have an "F" rating with the BBB when infact we have an A-!, She goes on with her prosperous claims besmirching our company name and the owner claiming we had "tons" of complaints. Well, Belinda Williamson, as of December 2014, we have had in excess of 17,000 satisfied customers. Customers are those who pay for services. We have never had a legitimate complaint because we go above and beyond to extend superlative customer service. It's only deadbeats who badmouth us. I suggest you remove your false review and cease making inaccurate claims about our company or be sued.

I did hire OCPS but after coming home to door hangers left on door and spa was dirty and unusable we called and cancelled service. OCPS kept leaving door hangers after service was cancelled and we would call each time. I finally caught the pool and I told him we had cancelled a month ago and I handed him a written note to give to owner. OCPS had an F rating with BBB in 2012 and a lot of the claims were billing issues. They may have an A now that doesn't mean anything they are not acredited with BBB . Use company at your own risk.
