Bellsouth Internet services Ripoff Hidden Chargers months later Atlanta Georgia
I requested DSL Fast access Internet service back in May of 2001 and the offer was No charges for connection, modem or installation. If I keep service for 1 year.
Now in March of 2002 they are charging me 50.00 Fast access Activation fee.
Customer service said that It was a billing error and now everyone is being charged.
Have the service and need it so I just take it. Up the you know what.
