Complaint Review: Benjamin Ballout Enerkon International and Diplomatic Trade Invest In Africa 2017 - Manhattan New York

I am the author of this report. I was not in a sound mind when writing this report, and am undergoing treatment I am diagnosed with a mental disorder such as multiple personality and schitzophrenia and was trying to get Benjamins attention. I have been harassing Benjamin for over two years now.

This report is a 100% fabricated story that I wrote to get Benjamins attention. Benjamin and the named entities in the title are victims to my diagnosis and have never scammed my company or me in any way. Benjamin never pretended to be Grand Master. I have thoroughly attempted to convince the Rip Off Report Team to have the report removed because it is a fake hoax made up story.

I guised myself as a potential employee of Benjamin and his companies and made false accusations upon him. Now this has affected our reputation. Anyone reading I want you to know Benjamin nor the names in the title are not scammers, frauds or bad people, however they are victims of my illness that has an initial report herewith mixed up information and henceforth is a misleading lie.

I have never worked for Benjamin or the entities mentioned in the title, I am not living in Valdes, Cape Verdes, I do not have a 5 year old daughter that wrote the report and have never even met Benjamin, nor was the report written in Canada. This report was written after Jet Supersonic Air Inc was dissolved.  I am hoping that the Rip Off Report team have consideration upon the victims such as Benjamin and the listed names in the title of this fake information and approve the removal of this report for the good cause. I thank Rip Off Report for protecting consumers from actual scams and frauds but this report does not include any actual scammers and rip offs. I take the blame for the report and am the one who is in mal doing when I wrote the report. I look forward to a prompt action from the Rip Off Report Team and ask you reading to not be misled by this report and acknowledge writing this report was a fake fabricated story from me in the attempt to get Benjamins attention.

My computer was stolen and my daughter wrote this to tarnish our companies reputation. Five minutes right after the whole text was written I contacted Rip Off Report to remove it and was ignored they blocked my ip address and did not care that I later incurred threats for this posted hyperlink.

I request once again Rip Off Report back end servicer and whom is in charge of veto power of decision to remove this defamatory false information hyperlink. The Rip Off Report policy normally deletes false information reports from competitors guised as clients to tarnish someones reputation.

My daughter stole my computer and posted this hyperlink to destroy our reputation. The information in the text is not viable nor true and is considered viable to be removed from your back end and whom is in charge of veto power of decision because it’s fake information that was meant to cause us problems.

I received a serious threat after it was posted and your staff did not consider it being removed five minutes after it was posted on your website.

I will await for a positive response on the removal of this false claim and thank you in advance.

The Report against Benjamin Ballout (Myself) CEO of both Enerkon Solar International Inc a PUBLIC company (ENKS OTC PINK)

and Diplomatic Trade LLC was posted as some sort of HOAX as it now has a RESOLVED status posted by the person who submitted it. 

We forcefully reject any of the comments made and on reading the report its clear that its not a legitimate claim and there were no actual requests for services or failure to pay employees or contracted service providers as falsely alleged in the bogus hoax report. 

THe problem with this site is that they do not remove reports even after they have been resolved ! such as the case here, therefore we must now due to the fact that Enerkon is a Public Company and had nothing to do with the person submitting the initial Hoax report it needs further legal action. 

We have hired a professional Investigation Firm and Legal Counsel with CO counsel in Arizona to follow up on the matter and move a Federal Court to remove the post and report as it was a Hoax and Bogus the the poster themselves have filed a retracton called RESOLVED status that can be seen clearly in the report current status. 

We will post a follow up to the rebuttal and may issue a press release on the subject after our private investigation of both the poster and this website. 

We feel that the Website has an obligation to uphold the State and Federal Laws and this is in question here. 

There is strong possibility that this WEBSITE in addittion to the Poster of the initial report who later retracted it with a RESOLVED status is engageed in some sort of behaviour covered byboth civil and possible criminal penalties.

If we move to file an action with the Court or any GOvernment Agency or the IP of the Site we will issue a press release about the subject informing shareholders who we are obligated to protect from his sort of behaviour.
