Buyer stated that tabs had broken off of face plate and top cover, and requested a return. I attempted to get further details as pictures did not show broken components. As I suspected, the components in question had popped out of their slots but were easily pushed back into place. The unit is fully functional. In addition the buyer did not return the power cable included in the box. I am willing to accept the return but the buyer is responsible for return shipping and the 10% restocking fee specified in the listing.

I guess i will have to take this to ebay. I am not going to repair the machine look for the parts i want to return it and you can look for parts to repair. The last 2 pictures show the broken tabs and the broken start button. If u dont agree to take it back we will must have to go to resolution |

I only see the original 8 pictures. Please reattach the detailed pictures. As I said before, I am willing to provide replacement parts. Detailed pictures are required for me to understand what replacement parts are required. I can accept return of the entire tower, but given that I am offering to replace the broken parts without it being returned, I don't think it's unreasonable to have you cover that cost.

I am NOT going to scrounge around for parts to fix this Please see the pic of the broken start button and the broken tabs. YOU PACKED it!!!! I have included 2 more pics that show close ups.

You must be joking. The tabs are broken and the start switch is broken off it cannot be "snapped back in" the top tabs are all broken and the front face plate the top 2 tabs are broken. I will NOT accept this machine

It is not clear what damage has occurred. Those parts are held on by plastic tabs. Are the tabs broken off? If not, the parts can be pressed back into place. If the tabs are broken off, please take pictures showing the specific damaged areas and any pieces that are in the box. In that case, a replacement cover can be sent or a partial refund can be provided for you to purchase it yourself.

The box was too small they used a small amount of bubble wrap and foam board the top and front are completely destroyed see attached pics
