Complaint Review: Benn Robert Wilcox - Hawaii

WELL WE HAVE ALOT IN COMMON. WE SOULD GET WHAT IS COMING TO US. JUST TO BAD THAT YOU,I AND OUR KIDS HAVE TO SUFFER, WHILE THE A** h*o** CAN JUST LIVE IT UP. THE BAD THING IS THE FRIEND OF THE COURT DON'T SEEM TO BE MY FRIEND EITHER. THEY SEEM TO CRE ONLY ABOUT THE DEAD BEATS. WELL, I HAVE CALLED MY CASE WORKER JUST ABOUT EVERY DAY FOR 3 MONTHS NOW AND I MAY GET SOMEWHERE. IT IS PRETTY BAD WHEN THEY EVEN KNOW WHERE THEY ARE AND WHERE THEY WORK AND NOT WORKING ON THE CASE. BUT TRY TO CALL YOUR WORKER EVERY DAY AND EVEN CONTACT SOMEONE HIGHER UP THAN YOUR WORKER. BUG THEM SO MUCH THEY WILL HELP YOU OR QUIT. MY CASE LOOKS BETTER THAN 3 MONTH AGO. IT CAN ONLY GET BETTER

Benn Robert Wilcox owes $26,678.71 in arrears. BennTra Inc. / BennTra Corp. was served with a Income Withholding Order (IWO) on 12/26/2001 and never honored it. 3 Child Support Payments have been paid between 6/11/2001 & 4/16/2002. BennTra Inc. of Hawaii, has not reported Benn Robert Wilcox to the "New Hire Act" which is illegal. Be very carefull doing business with this company the are very dishonest. If this company can not pay out Child Support then how honest can they be to the consumers? The owner of BennTra is Benn Robert Wilcox's significant other, Tracie Ann Vowles. Wicked, dishonest, and neglectful.

I have received 2 Child Support checks finally. 03/11/2002 - $265.00 (was sent in on 3/6 but Benn did not include his name on the check he sent it back with name the following week) 03/14/2002 - $265.75 What a treat. Well it hasn't lasted too long. Benn did not send a check for the week of 03/17/2002 and I am patiently waiting as always, for this weeks check (week of 03/24/2002. BREAKING NEWS A couple of months ago my 14 year old son told me about a conversation that Benn, his father,had with Gabriel. A week or so before Benn and Tracie moved to Hawaii Benn had a long talk with Gabe telling Gabe that when Gabe was a baby he was almost given up for adoption. This was as total and complete lie. Benn and I never even so much as discussed this option when Gabriel was born. I was set on having our son no matter what. Gabriel had kept this information to himself for 2 years and it hurt him so. Gabriel cried with relief when I told him what his father had said was a lie. It hurt and I do not think Benn will be forgiven for that. Benn owes my parents over $10,000.00 and his biological mother $8,000.00. We all would like to get paid. Get off your selfish butt and get busy writing the checks. Signed, Ms. Elizabeth J. Couch

Benn still has not sent any support checks. His employer, his girlfriend Tracie Ann Vowles, has not yet complied to the income with holding order sent mid December. I guess the surpervised visitation order will work...I'll take his kids to see him when he's locked up in Federal Prison for non payment of childsupport. Good luck to each and every one of us.
