Berkeley Premium Nutraceiticals "Enzyte/FREE SAMPLES" rip-off! Scam dishonest fraudulent billing CC charges. Cincinnati Ohio
Dishonest fraudulent billing Credit Card Charges. Even the fine print states cancel 5 days before current supply runs out. I had a supposed 90 day supply of ENZYTE, but was charged credit card free after 30 days. Unknowing that another shipment was being sent.
Telephone operator was hard to understand and was extremely misleading. I was told of a "Managed Care Direct Program" and stated on tape that I did not want to be in the program. I was told that it was being written down and that I was given a telephone number to call to cancel before the end of the supply.
I now have been charged for a managed care program and have been informed that I have been mailed a new 60 day supply of "something."
When we called the company, we did not get satisfaction; we were given a cancellation number. We were told basically that we needed to follow the instructions and that is what we had done. Rip Off! Fraudulent charges!
