Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals ripoff I called and ordered altovis, they charge your credit card and tell you that you forgot to cancel IT IS A SCAM BECAUSE THEN THEY WILL NOT CANCELL YOUR CREDIT CARD AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BILL YOU. Cincinnati Ohio
I called 1-866-834-1715 and ordered Altovis, which is supposed to be for energy. They tell you it is a thirty day free trial, but they want your credit card number and they even give you a date to cancel if you do not care to continue with the product.
They sent me out ogoplex and enzyte, which is for male sex drive and I am a female, so I called to let them know the product that I ordered Altovis, I never received it. They laughed and sent out the product.
I called back when I was supposed to so I could cancel as I was not impressed with the product and they will direct you with another individual to cancel. If you do not get 2004 number for your confirmation, you have been given a bogus number such as myself.
I was given the number ABNO### as my confirmation number to assure that they would not bill me on my credit card and that it was safe. I talked to Matt at extension 6194 which has been changed to 5194. I did not receive anything else after March 25th and did receive another order of avlimil on 06-07-04, which I did not even order, this was postmarked 05-07-04. This alerted me to call the company and to find out what was going on and to make sure my credit card was not being charged.
I found out they had charged my credit card $70.00 twice. On your banking statement, it is incognito so you really do not even know where the charge is coming from or what it is all about. I called back to let them know and they were extremely unprofessional.
They told me they did cancel the Altovis, but I did not tell them to cancel the other series of products. I of course get upset and say, wait a minute, I only ordered Altovis and you guys told me to not worry about my credit card being charged as you assured me this on 03-25-04. They do not disclose these other products to you and expect you to have esp or to be able to see what else they have through a crystal ball.
This is a total scam and they have had numerous complaints as I called the Better Business Bureau in Cincinnati, Ohio and talked to a representative who knew the company I was about to make a complaint about before I even said the name of the company. This company has several complaints and is being investigated for failure to disclose products and to act as if it is your responsibility to read their mind, meanwhile they rip you off and continue to charge your credit card.
I hope that this is read about and this company will be put out of business as it should not be allowed to operate. No wonder that d**n enzyte man is smiling. He is smiling all the way to the bank!!
