I expected to pay my $5 to get a sample and then cancel if it didn't work within the time alotted. I cancelled within the time alotted, and when I was billed again for $70 this time, I became a little upset but thought that calling customer support would work it out for me... No - they don't help... they're rude, uneducated, and unhelpful... I guess I shouldn'tve expected much more from a company running out of Forest Park... The only places I trust there are the Kroger and the BMV - oh - and my Fitworks gym... I read the fine print... I just don't expect for them to charge my card disregaurding my cancellation 28 days before the cancellation due date... Maybe you should read what these consumers are writing before responding - most weren't presuming the item was free... they were just looking for a solution to a problem which only lead to more problems... Now, given that I work with the general public, and yes, they are not the brightest people in the world, I do hold a certain amount of compassion for the retail world, however, when these people are making a living out of shadily charging peoples accounts after cancellation and not accepting returns, that is borderline illegal. I know where they work, I know who they do business with, and I know they try to hide... I got my money back... I just feel for the poor people who can't walk over to their establishment and scare the crap out of poor joe schmo taking the heat for Mr. Wagner... Oh - and congrats on your love life... with that attitude you're lucky someone agreed to sleep with you willingly.. and remember - there's nothing funny about rape, unless you're raping a clown...
