I also obtained a refund after dealing with this frustrating company. I called every day for a week and kept names of the people I talked to. I too talked to a cs rep who would not allow me to talk with a supervisor. I assume they got really tired of listening to me, because I did get my refund. You have to stay on these people everyday. Yes, it is very time consuming, but it paid off in the end. I did ask the cs rep if she ever took at a look at the websites that have thousands of complaints regarding Berkeley, and was met with dead silence. This company knows what it is doing, and does not care.

They bill me every other month for this stuff and I can find no way to cancel this membership.

I posted the frustration I was having with this company in a prior post. I pulled up my account on the computer today and I received a full $420.00 refund!! They didn't even deduct shipping!! I am as surprised as I can be and thought it only fair to post the outcome. Thank you for your forum...and my advice to others in this position with this company, is KEEP PUSHING!!!

I didn't want to get into this program from the start, but I ended up in it anyway. So, when I called Berkeley and they told me that I could get my money back after 1 year, I decided to stick it out. I kept every package, unopened, even the sample pack, for a year. Every time I called Berkeley, I checked on the refund, and "yep, it wouldn't be a problem". I called one time half way through, and said, Look - I have all of these boxes so far, unopened, can't I just send them back for a refund? And the girl said, well, you're supposed to USE the product for 12 months to get the guarantee refund. (Interesting, you needed to send the packages back to get the refund, but they wanted you to use the product to get the refund...WHAT?!?!?). Well, after 1 year, I called to get my $420 back. Now, I was told that I "did not qualify" for the refund, because it (allegedly) didn't go into effect until September 1st. I started my subscription August 13th. This was a bunch of crap, because I actually printed out the website page that had the details about the refund! Come to find out that their website changes VERY frequently. They denid everything until they were blue, and I still haven't got a refund. I wish very bad things for that company.

I've noticed complaints in the past about people not getting full, if any, refunds after thier 12 month usage program was over. It was called at one time the "12 month challenge",I believe, among other marketing names. Just curious .Has someone, anyone , returned all empty bottles, packages and whatever after the 12 months were up, and actually got a full refund on the "12 month challenge"?. I mean a totally hassle free,no problems whatsoever, prompt ,FULL, refund? Percentage wise how many? Some consumers complained that the rules or terms on the refund policy changed on them when they tried for a refund on the 12 month marketing scheme. Was wondering percentage wise how many this has happened to. I know little about the 12 month deal myself, but it seemed far fetched that many would actually get a no problem, full refund. Could be wrong about it all.Just very curious and more than a little skeptical .
