When I noticed that this company had taken $70.00 in unauthorized funds from my checking acct. via my debit card, I called the company. After arguing forever with a CS rep, a supervisor told me that the only way I would get a refund was to submit a dr's statement saying this product doesn't work. I called and explained to my doctor what happened. She sent me the statement and I faxed it to the company. I followed up with a phone call and told them I expected my money within two weeks. The CS rep started mumbling about how they had just "moved" and they were behind in looking at faxes. I told her that was not my problem-I wanted my money. Well lo and behold, within a week and a half,I checked my account and there it was! $70.00 credited to my account! It probably didn't hurt that I told the CS rep their business had a horrible reputation and there were hundreds of people just like me who are fuming! So, try to get your doctor to write out a statement and follow up with a phone call. You have to stay on them and don't let them forget who you are!

If you havent already, get on the phone with your credit card company and have the rep call Berkeley while you wait on the line ,and have em chew Berkeleys butt.It worked for me in getting the charges reversed. The credit card company had lots of experience, much much more than I, in getting through to them and knowing what to say. I had no such luck as you, trying on my own, both through the websiite and on the phone. If that doesnt work, try having Steve Warshak stand in front of the chalkboard writing,"I'VE BEEN A NAUGHTY LITTLE DECIEVER " over and over again,at least 100 times. Then have him bend over and grab his ankles while you shove your unwanted Berkeley product up his rear end. You won't get your money back, but at least you'll have the instant gratification of knowing your your money went to some constructive use after all.
