Bernard Fredricks & Mason Haldane Attorneys at Law promised us help & did nothing *UPDATE ..no attorneys in Atlanta by that name!
In 95 we, a poor couple with two sons where involved in a bank robbery where our car was used as the get away vwhicle. We were told that the bank was not responsible because it occured outside of the locatoin.
So hired Bernard Fredricks & Mason Haldane Attorneys at Law from Atlanta, nice fellow from the first glance, but - he cashed our money and never, ever filed any papers regarding the incident - we communicated with his answering maschine, never got a call back, and today we know nothing, he never did anything but cashing money - my sons and wife have had to visit with doctors. My son's 6 & 8 both wake up at night with nightmares. I was upside down with our single car and now we have no car. I have to take a 2 hour bus ride each day to and from work. These attorneys promised me that they would help us and that

To the Readers of the Rip-off Report: I was reading the rip-off report titled, "Bernard Fredricks & Mason Haldane Attorneys at Law promised us help & did nothing" and I found the details interesting. You should know that I work for a law firm, (so please don't print my full name or e-mail address) and I know for a fact that there are no attorneys in Atlanta by that name. I thought you should know that someone is defrauding your website and would immediately question why someone would deliberately place this false information on your website. I would offer that the first name of the one attorney and the last name of the other attorney would be "Bernard Haldane" and there are several complaints about that company on your site.
