DID YOU RECEIVE A FULL REFUND? I am interested to know what resulted in a "satisfactory resolution" to this comment. I am a victim of Carole Tipton who worked for Bernard Haldane & Associates then in 1988 started her own company, Phillips-Carlyle International which has had 2 more names: Carlyle and Associates and now Career Connect. Check out the comments from dissatisfied clients under "Carlyle and Associates." This is the name under which most complaints have been filed. Ms. Tipton has promised refunds in exchange for "satisfactory resolution" comments being entered by her unsatisfied clients who took the few minutes to enter a report here on The Ripoff Report. One such "satisfactory resolution" was retracted when they entered that update and SURPRISE! did not receive their refund as promised.
