Initial career counseling was performed to fill the squares, but BH failed to be actively involved or assist in securing employment. All efforts were left to me.

Today, I went onto the site and responded to one of the few duplicate (same position) messages (that actually was a position in my career field) online. The auto response did not include updates (added position, increased time of experience updated and change in narrative) done months ago with the counsellor.

For touting their unlimited resources, direct access and privy to job opportunities, I found my current one without the assistance of BH. There have been no results of any kind through BH.

I thought I had contracted for specialist knowledge and exclusive direct BH access to networks not readily or routinely available to the general public at large. These claims are unfulfilled and active participation did not happen.

Their fee for services was a total waste of money and time; sales practices deceptive and misleading; and services performed questionable and incomplete.

Andy, These complaints against Bernard Haldane are outrageously similar. It would seem that each BH branch office uses the same scheme to desperate the desperate from their last dollar (make that last several thousand dollars). I suggest you print out all these Rip-Off Report complaints and take them to an attorney. Try to get a nice civil remedy from the branch office that cheated you out of your money. Good Luck,
