Bernard Haldane Associates helps thousands of people each year meet their career goals. Although some searches take longer than others, we want every client to be completely satisfied. If a problem occurs, resolving it quickly and fairly is our top priority. We are currently in the process of streamlining and centralizing our Client Care Hotline. Many of our 95 offices have their own toll free phone numbers. However, you can reach corporate headquarters at (800) 551-3051. We urge you to provide your name, a working phone number and as much information as possible, so that we can help. A representative from the Client Care Center will contact you within 24-hours. You can also contact our online Client Care Center at www.bernardhaldane.com.
#3Consumer Suggestion

Ben, No they aren't the Enron or Arthur Anderson of job employment companies-but you are on the right track! Those two companies actually provide a service, your office in Ohio sounds like it just has "no-show" cons working in that office. Small claims court in Ohio will only net you $3,000. I suggest you file a criminal fraud complaint with your local police department for a confidence game. Tell the BH office you plan to do this unless you get a full refund. Also let them know you've reported them on the Rip-Off Report and plan to send an Editorial to your local paper. Tell them that they are nothing more than a flim-flam operation that takes advantage of the desperate. They give nothing of any value for the fee they demand. It's all smoke and mirrors. Tell them you are thinking of soliciting others from Ohio through the Rip-Off Report to make a complaint to the federal authorities. This is not a civil matter--it's criminal. Good Luck.
