Bernard Haldane ripoff con artist fake rip-off Roseland, New Jersey
OK. Sad for me to say that I used to be in the business of ripping people off in the financial world. Unfortunate for me at the time I was unaware that I was actually ripping people off becuase I was new to the game and did get out once i knew what was going on.
Anyway to the B Haldane story. I go in for my meeting and I get the pitch. Sounded GRRREEEAT! We can Guarantee!! I heard $100k income. Hmmmm out of a job for months THIS SOUNDED JUST WHAT I NEEDED. Well I was already skeptical in sitting there and filling out the application once i Saw:
How much did u make last year.
(Radar goes up - mayb they just need to know a lot about me)
How much did u make the year before.
(Radar goes up - mayb they just need to know a lot about me)
Also how long can ii survive without getting a job?
(Alarm has rung = How liquid am i so they can milk me)
How much my spouse made?
(ALARM! Code Red)
I continued with the interview and was told they had the hook up and I would be helped in interviewing - resume writing - and so on. When I asked how much something like this would cost me figuring they charged by the hour or mayb small retainer....I GULPED when was told $5,000-$7,000. Basically based on what i made - my spouse made and what HOW Long i told them i can survive)- so they knew how much to milk me- they also want your spouse to come to the next interview so they can pitch her too - IMAGINE U GOING HOME TO YOUR WIFE AND SAYING I JUST DROPPED $7k on training...Id get divorced.
a friend of mine went in as a test for me before writing this and told them he made a lot less than me and he was quoted at $3,000-$4,000. I asked what i would get and if i could see the material before i signed up and they said no can do.
THAT WAS IT! The idiot instructor on the interview showed me a passage from this book titled - What color is my parachute?
I immediately went to Barnes and Nobles and bought the book and read the whole 400 pages that day - $17.95
Reason I MENTION IT is thats all u need!
Read it and it laughs on page 401 of anyplace that wants COMPLETE UPFRONT FEES.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! BUY THE BOOK AND PAY SOMEONE TO RE-Design your Resume ($100) if its that bad.
I AM REAL AND THANK ME CUZ I JUST SAVED U SEVERAL THOUSAND $$$$
