Hello,

My complaint is simply bad customer service. Paid for a service that didn't provide me with any resolution what so ever. I'm so feed up with Best Buy and there continued attitude when speaking with customers. They not only make you feel DUMB!! they cut you off when talking. Tell you that your story will not have to be repeated when it is and I just want my money back for service that wasn't done completely. I very unsatisfied and disappointed that it happen to me again.

Paid for service you didn't get? I wonder...

If you paid for a service requiring a "signal" to your computer to complete(I'm assuming this was an internet signal from a cable or DSL provider) I would expect the technician spent considerable time trying to find your non-existent signal from your cable or phone connection.  Though I would admit that the charge seems high if that is all that he did(and I have no idea if he provided any other "services" during his time there) you can't really expect anyone to drive to your home, spend "x" amount of time there spinning his wheels because you didn't set up an internet provider in advance of his arrival, and expect his company to not charge you for his time.  Do you work for free?  And if you agreed to a set fee for this service in advance, should the company eat the cost because you didn't provide the conditions whereby the contract could be fulfilled?  Seems to me, it's you that didn't perform your responsibilities under the agreement.

If you paid an auto mechanic to come repair the brakes on your car in your garage, should his boss(or the mechanic) eat the cost of his travel and the time taking your wheels off because you neglected to tell the shop that your car didn't have brakes in the first place?
