On June 3rd 2016 I purchased a dish washer and a refrigerator from Best buy at Polaris. I had to wait 40 days to get the dish washer installed. I called numerouse times asking what the problem was, Never got a good answer. Talked with the store and the district rep Anthony Prker and still got no where. So long store short, the dishwashere got installed yesterday and low and behold it doesn't work. Went to the store and was told that they could get a lower end model in with in a week but if I want any other model it would take 3 to 4 weeks for it to come in , then I would have to add delivery and install time to that. I wanted some compansation for my time and Chris the store manager stated that that was up to corprate and that if I bought a higher priced model I would have to pay the differance.  He then told the clerk to just return the dish washer and that I was not getting anything. Chris accussed me of being rude to the clerk, however when the clerk was asked he said that I wasn't which really made Chris mad. So, I went across the street to SEAR and my dish washer will be installed with in a week.  Best Buy should never had go into the appliance bussiness to save the company untill the learned how to take care of the costumer. If buying appliances stay far , far away from Best Buy.
