You have over a thousand dollars invested in a pile of crap that does not work. And you get a royal run-around from the seller when you try to get it repaired. You have upheld your part of the bargain. The seller has not done his part. This is what small claims courts are for. Go file a suit for the amount you paid. Lawsuits usually wake up store managers who probably were not aware of the problem. Chances are excellent that as soon as Best Buy is served that they will repair or replace your computer. The last thing they want is to go to court and lose. Good luck.
