As always this owner is lieing . Like I said I NEVER received the transmission. I have proof of this through a PayPal claim with their own words that the transmission had not been sent, then no communication at all. All this proven with a claim. Put because PayPal gives them a month to respond the owner closed their PayPal accounts so no one could take money out of it! . Owner refuses to refund the $949 that I had sent. Now I have no money and no transmission. Actually I am glad I never received one because they sell non working transmissions. There are a lot more stories backing this up just look online. Nobody getting their money back even when they had to spend their own money to return it. Those poor people now are out the money for the transmission and the return shipping cost! File a fraud claim against them!

hello.we sent him out the transmission as promised and he states it is the wrong one.we asked him to send it back to us and we sent the shipping company there 2 times and both times he refused to send back the transmission.that is why paypal will not give him a refund and neither will i. how can you expect to get back money on an item he purchased and then not returning it.can you go to the store and buy a computer and bring it home and then call up the store and say you want your money back without even returning it.and for the record lorraine has nothing to do with this.i am the one you need to falsley discriminate, not a 70 year old great grandmother who is just a manager of the office.i have been selling transmissions and transmission parts for over 25 years, and i have thousands and thousands of loyal and happy customers.in business there are customers who just want to write negative stuff about people for no reason, and because they can,but the real truth is i am dedicated and committed to give my customers the best transaction they deserve.i can give tons of references and positive feedback reports from thousands of my happy customers.why don't we ask there opinion if i am what you say i am.if you will just send back the transmission, this whole situation would not have happened.

I have sent a complaint with the website you referred to here with the FBI. This is my story:
On August 6, 2009 I purchased a rebuilt AOD HP transmission through PayPal, for a '89 Ford Mustang from a company called bestdealtransmissions that I found on ebay.. I did not purchase it through ebay though, I contacted them with the number they had on their listing and proceeded to purchase it through them directly. After not receiving any confirmation email or tracking information I continued to call them and leave a number of messages with no call back.. Finally, on August 19, 2009 I received the transmission without the torque converter. I got in contact with who I believe to be Mr. Scott Yaslow or possibly an associate and explained the situation and he informed me that the torque converter would be shipped soon. It came about a week or so later. Prior to receiving the transmission and torque converter I started researching their company because when I wasn't able to get in contact with them after about a week, I started to think they were ripping me off. I found several other websites with people having severe issues with this company, some of them never receiving their transmission. A lot of these customers complained about what a fraud this company is and how Mr. Scott Yaslow and company have different aliases. Once the transmission did arrive, I called Mr. Yaslow asking for a refund because I was uneasy with all the complaints I had seen, I even told him about it but he had no comment. He explained to me that they don't do refunds unless the transmission doesn't work properly. I took the tranmission to the autoshop to have it put in, the technician called me later today Sept 10, 2009 and informed me that the transmission is no good, and does not shift into gear,. I proceeded to call Mr. Yaslow with the number I had but all contact numbers have been disconnected. I was able to find one number for Mr. Yashlow from a complaining customer, but the mailbox belonging to the number was full. At this point, I have no idea how to further pursue this action.
P.S. if you would like to email me to contact each other to see what type of further action can be pursued with this company.. send me a message. Thank you!

Hello to anybody who has been a victim and wants to put the Yaslow family behind bars. Everyone needs to file the complaint form www.ic3.gov with the F.B.I or contact the F.B.I in you closet area. The local police department will do nothing until prompted by the FBI, local advocacy groups will do nothing. Please ,Please, do this- The FBI will only listen if they see a track record of complaints. If we cannot do this together, there is no gratification in complaining. We/I demand justice.

Please be aware of another site just opened on E-bay to replace Best Deal Transmissions which is no longer being used.( imagine that) This new site is called ONE TIME TRANSMISSIONS AND PARTS, they are using same site page just a different name.
ALL BUYERS BEWARE OF THE YASLOW FAMILY.
