We are a small business that signed up with Best Payment Solutions to help us process credit card transactions for our customers. While trying to reconcile our bank account, we realized they were charging us various different fees without notifying us or getting our consent.

The biggest problem is that we had a transaction in the amount of roughly $24,000 waiting to be processed. They deposited it into our bank account, and then told us we had to REFUND the money to the customer because the invoice did not say our exact company name (it had our sister company's name).

So, we did as they asked and refunded the money to the customer. HOWEVER, Best Payment Solutions decided to KEEP over $1,000 of the refunded transaction for themselves! So they took over $1000 out of our company bank account and when we called to ask why they said that was the fee for USING THE TERMINAL!!!!

So you're telling me we were charged over $1000 for simply USING THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE?!?!? That is insane!!! That means they kept 5% of the total sale to themselves. This is absurd and when we told them so, they hung up on us. We will NEVER recommend this company to anyone-STAY AWAY FROM BEST PAYMENT SOLUTIONS!
