Best Pet Parent/Online fusion MAJOR SCAM!!! Internet
This company is a MAJOR SCAM!!! I ordered 2 pet collars online from Best Pet Parent/Online Fusion on 4/18/2015 and was told I would receive my pet collars within 4-6 weeks. I e-mailed them on 6/29/15 to see where they were and was told they're having a problem with the shipping department and they'll check on my order and get back to me. No response. I again e-mailed them on 7/19/15 and was told they were still having problems with the shipping department but the collars would arrive soon. On 7/20/15 I e-mailed them to ask for a time frame and that same day they e-mailed back saying they didn't have a time frame but are working to sort it out. On 8/17/15 I e-mailed them AGAIN telling them I have now waited FOUR MONTHS for my collars and they still haven't arrived. I received NO RESPONSE. On 12/17/15 I e-mailed them telling them I have now waited EIGHT MONTHS and requested a refund of the $7.95 I paid on 4/18/15. Again I received NO RESPONSE!! It is now February and I know that my money is forever gone to these scammers. WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
