Best Price Cameras Camera internet scam Brooklyn internet
I ordered the Canon Powershot G7 for my son. The camera is advertised as new and factory sealed. I was told it included the battery and charger. (which is also printed on the box) It was a long delay getting the package and many phone calls telling me all the items weren't in yet. When they finally sent out the camera, it was not factory sealed. Also the bronze package extra items were not included. When I called I was told it would be sent out separately. Did not recieve another package. The next phone call I was told they sent me the battery and charger as extras.
I had told my credit card comany to dispute this charge and I am still trying to fight this. I have written to tell them I am willing to pay the base price plus the international warranty I had purchased. My son leaves for an overseas study program shortly and I really do not have time to start again. I will also call the NY State Attorney General's office. as the website says they are in Brooklyn.
