I bought a car from www.bestwayautosalesusa.com. Car had an oil/filter change, air filter change and new wiper blades 500 mi prior at an alternate service location (not at www.bestwayautosalesusa.com). Car began sputtering (sounded like a misfire) and was due for 60k service at about that same time. We agreed to just let them conduct the svc and fix the problem. They did not change the oil because my fiance told them that we had recently had an oil change, but they did change the air filter and wiper blades despite them being brand new. I wonder if their technicians simply change parts on a list without any physical inspection... They also diagnosed the sputtering problem as a misfire. Recommended changing the spark plugs (already part of the 60k svc) and wires (not part of 60k svc). By the way, a wire set for this car consists of two wires about 10" and 6" long. (>$100) This same set costs about $30 at any auto parts store. Needless to say they tried to sell us new brakes (cited them as being down to 5%) and an injection cleaner service. (which we declined) My fiance (not well-versed on automobile maintenance) received the car at our address and it still did not run properly (misfire still present) I personally removed the spark plugs to find out that only 3 of the 4 had been changed. The one remaining was fouled and had a 0.0" gap, obviously the cause of the problem. I replaced the whole set and the car ran smoothly. I also removed the brake pads, which without having a caliper to measure the exact thickness appeared to be at about 50%. Had we not been maintenance saavy we might have believed them and had the brake pads changed (they wanted $280 for this svc which cost me $40 and did not really need to be done in the first place) The thing that bothered me most was that they tried to sell me unnecessary service and didnt even bother to fix the heart of the problem.

I should note...even the report lodged by the OP in this case is a fraud.

First off, the site will never ship you a vehicle, so it has to be a fraud. it is all part of the scam posting these reports.

If you go to the site (bestwayautosalesusa) you will notice cars and trucks for sale there. You will see some with good prices but high mileage. But every so often they stick one in with low mileage for thousands below wholesale price. Who would sell like this to the public? You will notice every vehicle is in perfect shape..not a flaw...how many repossessed cars are there that are perfect? What used car dealer has every single car perfect and most are selling below dealer wholesale cost? Not gonna happen..ever, anytime , anyplace.

Now look at this report...

They changed out brand new wiper blades and air filter? Yeah right

They diagnosed the sputtering problem but changed every spark plug but the one actually claiming to cause the sputtering...yeah, right.

The spark plug wires consist of two wires, 10" and 6" long. Hmm..I haven't seen too many two cylinder engines in a car..much less one that has 4 spark plugs "maintenance savvy??"..as it is stated 3 of the 4 plugs had been changed...all coincidentally but the one that was causing the misfire. How does this add up?

Although I can see through this BS like glass, some may read it and just think that you can still get a late model low mileage $20,000+ vehicle that has not a blemish inside or out for 5 grand. So what if the mechanics are dumb and change out new parts and can't change a bad spark plug? All part of the sham and illusion..do not fall for it, do not wire money to anyone you do not personally know very well or kiss it goodbye..

100% SCAM NEVER WIRE MONEY !!!

Upon further investigation. it is concluded the site is a SCAM.

If you wire any money..you will never see a car, or your money again

All testimonials are FAKE. They use reverse psychology by posting fake testimonials and complaints so people will think it is a real site. It is a clever tactic by them to reel in the suckers who think this is a good deal even though they have bad reports. Chance are good, the first reply here is a fake too. It is trying to convince you it is okay that they may have some problems..as long as you get the car...right?...all dealers have complaints a-z  right?  DON"T buy into it.

Bear in mind...there are legitimate companies that have the same name..so don't be fooled. Those companies have been around for a while and are legitimate, This one is a few days old. This one is hacking a good companies name and stealing from them.

I don't expect the site will be up much longer. mark my words. The website bestwayautosalesusa is the one to watch out for. The website is cheap, but they copied and pasted some fancy cars and legit looking logos, but it's all an illusion,

Check the VIN numbers on any car for sale there.

If you wire any money, you are a sucker.

Read the reports here..anyone who wires money..never will see it again. It is untraceable, non refundable, and there is NO recourse.

be warned.

Is the car worth it? The title of this report says "scam, fraud, rip off" Are you trying to be next?

Granted we only know one side of the story..but this is a new company, already has a few complaints here and other places, and they sell repossessed vehicles.

I am suspect about their ethics too. For example if you yahoo them you get this...

Www.bestwayautosalesusa.com is legitimate?

Coincidentally, there are only 3 responses..all from..you guessed it..3 days ago. Where is the history?

There are two more yahoo questions Both from April 28th..both mysteriously deleted.

Then if you look them up on yahoo local..also all new comments from a day or two ago only..no history. But the 9 comments there are just back and forth bickering about scams.

Personally, I would wait until they have a sufficient history before dealing with them. It already smells fishy and just like something isn't quite right.

Was the Car worth it....

I was just wondering, when it was all said and done, was the car you bought worth it. I was thinking of doing the same thing..(buying a car from them) but the "wire the money" part didn't sit to well with me.

Overall was your experience a good one based JUST on the vehicle you purchased, i.e. the color of the car, any damage, arrive on time, payment problems... aside from the oil change, brake pad situation you had.

Some people on this site said it was a rip-off but they still received the vehicle, and as it goes with most dealerships, you will have complaints ranging from A to Z...

Thanks for your help..
