Best Western Northwest Indiana Inn General Manager is a rude and nasty racist Hammond, Indiana
As a truck driver, I stayed at this hotel during a layover. The general manager was a very rude, short tempered, condescending and a very nasty woman toward me. I felt like she was so nasty and evil toward me because I am caucasian and a truck driver. It's as though she was sickened having to serve truck drivers and considered them stupid low life. I would advise any truck driver considering a stay at this hotel to think twice and keep driving onward.
