Bestbuy rip-off Reading Pennsylvania
I went to Best Buy to buy a new computer. I had a brand in mind but the salesman talked me into buying a Micronpc. (This company has since gone out of the pc business.) I had nothing but trouble with it from day one. Numerous phone calls and trips to Bestbuy did nothing to solve the problem.
I finally took the pc back to the store only to be told that I was one day past their return policy. Having purchased numerous large items from them in the past I thought that maybe their desire to keep a regular customer satisfied would preveil. But no, policy is policy. Too bad if you have problems. Contact the manufacturer to see if you can get the problem taken care of.
Needless to say, I am stuck with a computer that isn't worth the powder to blow it to hell and I will never do business with Bestbuy again.
