Ordered Xmas presents for kids on 11/23/2012, order "processed" and money taken, have not seen the goods ordered, have been emailing ever since, they have ignored every email, ensure you let as many people know. Anime DVD's were the only thing the kids wanted this year so put in a $350 order. Do not let yourself get ripped off.
